ORDERING ONLINE HAS SOME MAJOR DISADVANTAGES

Castle Equipment Company  has  no provision for online ordering as 95% of our customers have a question that requires personal assistance.  Also, most large items require detailed freight information not easily communicated online.  Delivery times can also be advised verbally, whereas online systems cannot accurately ascertain delivery lead times.
